So what do you do when you are having a bad day?or you had a bad day(not a bad life *wink), what do you do to release this a bit of anger or whatever you are feeling after a crappy day, breakup, arguments with your loved ones and etc. Do you cry? Do you go out to have a couple of drinks with friends? Do you sulk inside your room? Do you stay at the gym and sweat all that toxic negativities and feeling in your body? Me? I keep myself busy. Listen to Alternative Music from the 90's. Declutter. Get a trash bag and send them away. After cleaning my room. I will end up with a 7 minutes HIIT workout or Tabata exercise. But seriously, I cry first before I do the above mentioned. :( And today is not my day. Just want to keep a positive attitude because I can feel that my chest is tightening it up and I feel the pricking pain which I guess is caused by the stress I am feeling now. @sweetys_kitty I get angry and at times I cry when things are too much. Listening to music and reading a book are good ideas. Find a nice quiet place where you can be by yourself. When something is not going good keeping it inside just bottles up in there and then one day you may snap. I hope you have better days.
