I sat around writing till late afternoon and then I washed that gray right outta my hair, did you sing that? I wish mine was just gray, I would let it grow out but no, not my hair it had to be white, gray and light brown mixed, looking like.....not what I wanna look like.
I took a nice long walk with the dogs, around 6 pm, in the warm 70 degree temp.
I let dinner cook itself on the grill in covered pans, baked beans, onions, baked potatoes, hot dogs and pork chops.
I filed paper work and did a load of laundry.
Pretty chill day for me, but my arms are sore from working so much yesterday.
How was your day? Do anything exciting?

I spent my entire day listening to music and drawing. Just the way I like it! Especially since I am almost done with this drawing!!!

My day was pretty good. Better than I was thinking the day would go in some ways. Met up with some friends for a bit and bought some Girl Scout Cookies. Then had lunch at KFC and then went to church. It was a really good service, and I was prayed for since I have been having so many Health issues again. Then we tried delivering food with Door Dash for a bit and came home. So it was a busy day

Did you take something? Tums or Pepto? I am thinking about furnishing the new place with new stuff, I want new and modern.
Glad yours was good.

Hubby and I drove two hours to the airport yesterday morning to send our daughter and granddaughter on their return journey. Then we dawdled a bit on our way home. Stopped for lunch....at a pizza, salad buffet. That was very good....we don't often get pizza since we've moved.
On returning home, we just enjoyed the quiet.
Today it is raining....the basement renovations are no longer waiting (hubby will be down their hammering and sawing....I'll be in my sewing room.
Hope your Monday is terrific.

I was working in the old home place as well while it rained, but things changed so I am stuck at home.
I think I need a nap.

@andriaperry Sage, rosemary, mint, tarragon, thyme and oregano are all perennial. My rosemary and my sage are now 20 years old, they have become even too big.

My grandmother had the prettiest white hair. Mine is like yours. I have different shades ofgrey and still some color also.

@andriaperry My natural was a brunette. So kind of medium colored. But my dads went white also and he had dark hair. So that messes that up.

@wolfgirl569 I was born blonde and my hair changed to light brown with reddish tint. My dad was a red head and his turned light reddish brown. All my other siblings have red hair.

I was told fair skinned people, or light color hair people will have white hair, dark colored hair will be gray.

I did not do anything on Sunday to speak of.
I found that I had to take a nap because the day felt like it was dragging along, and I blamed it on the time change.
We bought some different cuts of meats from a butcher on Saturday morning, and we tried a sirloin roast that we bought. We really liked it and if we enjoy the rest of the cuts will probably order a 1/4 of a beef from him.
