Happy Monday Everyone! it's a sunny day here in my little corner of the myLot world. It's also going to be warmer today which means the snow will melt and spring is coming!
I'm feeling pretty chipper this morning. I had the best nights sleep in ages. Once I fell asleep last night I didn't wake, change positions nor need the bathroom until I woke up this morning. That means I got about 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
For me, that's a miracle. Normally I wake up a few times during the night, need to use the bathroom and change positions.
It certainly would be nice if all my nights were like this but I'm sure it was just a fluke and tonight I'll be back to my old sleeping habits.
In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy this feeling of not waking up tired and do something productive with my energy this morning.
How did you sleep last night?

Sorry you had such a bad nights sleep. Maybe you can sneak in a nap?

@Marilynda1225 I went out to work a bit in the garden and it started snowing . I came back inside and after 5 minutes it had stopped and the sun was back. I think that it's this weird weather that disrupts my sleeping pattern.

I don't know about slowing down aging but it feels good to get a good night's sleep

@Marilynda1225 I blame it on the exercise I do. It exhausts me more and more.

I'm working on getting up earlier but so far it's just too easy to stay in bed

I was sleeping so good but the pet problems woke me. I also wake most nights to go to the bathroom.

I think it had something to do with daylight saving time adjustment. I had over 6 uninterrupted hours of sleep which is very rare for me.

6 hours uninterrupted for you is good. Maybe we need to change the clocks more often

I got 7 hours 49 minutes so also an excellent amount of sleep and I feel quite energetic.

I slept very well last night also. And that is so rare for me. I did wake a couple of times to use the bathroom, but quickly fell back to sleep and slept so soundly.
I was awake quite early this morning. I think that I am still adjusting to the time change.
But this morning the sun is shining nice and bright and I think that I'll wear a new outfit to work, I have about 3 new ones that I've bought in the past week.

It took me some time to go to sleep as in reality I went to bed about an hour early.
