How do you feel on your birthday, happy, excited or sad on getting aged? Ever one is getting aged day by day and it is quite natural. No one can reverse the process. The only thing we can do, accept the fact and move on. The inspiration of this post, on women’s day one of my friend was celebrating her birthday. We met on last Sunday and another person asked a treat from her. She told, I am getting aged and I am one more year old so what is there to celebrate? Two months ago I wished another friend on her birthday, she told me don’t remind me about that please.. I replied to her, nothing to worry we are always on our sweet sixteen. She said then it is ok. We laughed together. I observed, after a particular age, people are not that much excited on their birthday but feeling sad on their age. What is your opinion?

As long as we feel young and happy inside, no need to be sad about aging.

It is depends on person to person how they take their birthday. For me it is more important for young that old person. In old age our life almost stop at a place. Out routine is fixed and noting is new in it. But my children celebrate my birthday on family level.

The question is not on celebrating but how to feel on getting aged. I have seen most of them have feeling odd with aging.

I think you are too young to get such feelings. May be after 30 people started to feel odd on birthdays.
