I only tried QA World and yes I have received payment through Paypal. But I can assure you that all of them are legit.

I really need a part time job. Is it quick to reach cashout in this kind of job? And can I use my phone or do I need to have a computer?

It is, for beginners. The only thing I don't like about it is if you're a beginner, the audios you can work on are limited.
