Here most buses are one floor only. There are a few double-floor buses but they are for tourists mainly. Now I learned that there are even three-floor buses but they are in India. That's so cool. I wonder whether I will feel a little scared to sit in third floor because of the height.

In England double-decker buses are common. They pass my window five or six times an hour every day. Sadly, the picture you show of a triple-decker is a phoroshopped fake (people can get very clever with digital manipulation)! Although some buses have been made with a raised portion at the back (mostly for scenic viewing and tourism), the only real triple-decker ever made was the Night Bus for one of the Harry Potter films. The following website explains more:
The first motorized double-decker buses were introduced in 1923, and it was only three years later, in 1926, that the <a href=http://hoaxes.org/af_database/permalink/triple_decker_city_bus

@youless We have them in Cambridge, too (and many other cities, of course) but mostly they aren't red. When I was a kid (and sometimes when not so much a kid!), I used to race to get the seat at the front on the top deck! We have tourist buses in Cambridge where the top deck is open. Only advisable to go up there in good weather!

It seems this news is not very new
Three students from Meerut have designed a three-floor bus and are looking for help to start production. In the 11 feet high vehicle that can seat 100 passengers, one floor could be reserved for women, one of the designers told Asad Ashraf

Mostly one deck buses here, but there are double decker tour buses in some larger cities that have open air decks on top.

I catch a double decker bus to work every day! I like to sit at the top because you are able to see so much. There are no triple decker buses as they would be too unstable plus they would not go under many bridges or railway lines. Even the double deckers sometimes hit things when the driver has not paid attention to the height restrictions!

Wow, a triple decker bus! Most buses in the U.S. have just one level. Tour buses are sometimes 2 levels. I agree that I would be a little worried if I was sitting on the top level

Wow really? In India? That looks scary to ride in, in my opinion. It might topple over.
