I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for 13 years now. I have tried it all. At one point I was on 56 pills and supplements per day. When my womens health Dr decided to add on Adderall, that is the straw that broke the camel's back. It caused me to go into Acute Kidney Failure.
Anyways, Im currently on Plexus. Which helps and is amazing. But I still suffer from brain fog and have a hard time focusing.
Anyone have any advice on a natural supplement that helps, and why.

Yeah, one of my biggest issues is that I get food stamps. and by the time im done getting all the food for my kids, and boyfriend, there isnt much money left. im very low on protein. i will have the worst muscle pain, and then i will eat about 20g of protein, and then my pain goes away. I need to do some more research on an alkaline diet.

I'm not a doctor but if I had the problem I would try to improve my lifestyle, like what I put into my body and do regular exercise such as walking more.
