Well here in mylot almost the entire day but in Facebook I leave it on 24 hours.

It varies, depends on what I am doing some days I’m away from Social
media sometimes it’s on in the background even if I’m not near my devices! I use it too for my work!

yes there are some people making selfies all day from everything they see hahaha but thats not you if I understand that correctly.
