Making my famous tortas today...

A torta is a mexican sandwhich... Only its made on a thick roll. very famous in mexico.. we make them with ham and cheese, chicken, pulled pork.. Just about everything youd put on a good old sandwhich works. Today im makng mine from shredded chicken with avocado lettuce and tomatoes...I toast lightly the roll with just a tab a butter... and then add some mayo.. yummy yummy...

@kayshope I have never seen the Mexican rolls in grocery stores. I am sure tastes good though.
