Rainy day calls for baking

I'm headed off of here to bake a Devils Food layer cake (adding chocolate chips to the batter.. YUM) with cream cheese frosting and coconut flakes!
I've never baked and used coconut flakes before so someone here PLEASE wish me luck, I need good baking vibes.
Anyone have any good dessert recipes to share involving coconut flakes? :)

I mean it can. You can use coconut flakes for anything you wanna make... but of course it has to go good with whatever cake or dessert you're making :)
German chocolate cake is delicious!

Oh cool, sounds delicious, like a Mounds Bar Cake.
I don't know much about cooking with coconut myself though

that sounds delicious! I know I'm a few days late but good luck with the cake, hope it came out well! another good cake frosting with with coconut is German chocolate cake, mmm
