What got you into doing it? Do you enjoy it? Does it relax you?
I am asking these questions because I am trying to find a way to relax myself from all the stress so thought maybe I would try it and see what I think of it.
For those of you that enjoy it continue having fun.

My husband has one he has done some of, and I have one. They are ok and can be calming, but for me I prefer painting rocks instead and then go out hiding them as I have time.

I like the rock idea. I have not started the coloring book that I down loaded yet so cannot say if I like it or not.

Not really. I am sure they are fun and very therapeutic. But I'm busy doing other stuff.

@Hannihar - Yes! Yes, I am. I would be a wreck if I weren't doing anything. But if I can find something productive to do ~ which is my form of therapy ~ it makes me feel good and it keeps me balanced or calm.

That is what I am looking for is something to calm me down so whatever is going on around me will not affect me.

Do you feel good doing the stuff you are doing and does that help you feel calm?

I bought one, but I do not really enjoy it. I LOVE owning lots of coloring pencils, and I sometimes like to draw, but I seldom want to sit still and color. Crochet would be more relaxing for me. I own an adult coloring book, and completed one page.

Maybe one day you will want to complete another page. Everyone has to find whatever makes them relax.

I love to draw and to color and do some art projects. I have been putting everything off doing my online work but this Sunday I will begin to enjoy the art again. I need it for my soul. I have a table set up and my porch and I am ready to go.

Both my wife and my daughter like these books. Personally, I don't see the point
