Do attractive people have more advantage in life than those who are less attractive?
A new study has concluded that wearing makeup makes a woman more likable. Do you agree with this?
I don't wear makeup, I just wear a bit of lipstick just to add color on my pale lips but that's it.

I think it's pretty well proven that more attractive people have a head start in life. People perceive them as being smarter, nicer, friendlier and all kinds of other good things, just based on their looks. Since wearing makeup is kind of the default for women, I would assume that people would tend to think she's more attractive.
I have rarely worn makeup throughout my life, and I'd say I am average as far as my looks go, so I just hide in my house. Just kidding about that last part.

Oh yes! Wearing makeup makes the difference. I am just like you actually instead of lipstick I wear kajal....because I have small eyes
But yes I would totally agree that women are more likable when they wear makeup.... This is kind of sad though, but that's the first impression and a point to judge

unfortunately yes. I've seen many people not get a job because their competition was more attractive, even if they were more qualified.
and what really bothers me is when attractive people say that "oh life is hard, I'm not taken seriously because I'm so attractive" but they don't factor in that at least they're being taken seriously enough. at least they are given a chance over others.
it's all ridiculous honestly. this society claims that you should be yourself and then they shove these unrealistic beauty trends in your face. oof.
I don't really wear makeup either. sometimes lipstick or mascara when I'm feeling fancy. it's too much work I'd rather use energy on other things
