Assignment Due in Tomorrow

I have the second assignment of my HR CIPD course due in tomorrow and I still have over 1000 words to write so I might not get round to uploading my song challege post but if I don't I will catch up once my assignment is submitted. I left the last one to the wire but I think this is worse, I have no idea what I am going to write for the last question which is: An assessment of how different sources of business / internal and contextual / external data should be considered and used when planning e.g internal information within the organisation including HR metrics, industry information e.g trends in HR, competitive information, government information. It doesn't even make that much sense to me right now. I feel like I might have already talked about this in my previous answers, it seems a strange thing to talk about all on it's own. Anyway I better crack on.
