Hello everyone. Happy Sunday. It is a sunny one here at the Jersey Shore. I've been up for about an hour and am just finishing the first of my cooking projects--chopped salad. A coworker asked me to make her one for this week. Next up after that is lasagna. I have a lot of cooking to do today. I should have started yesterday but I just wasn't in the mood. What's everyone else up to today?
