To solve could be timely. The ability to solve problems requires patience. To patiently be able t"o solve" problems certainly entails skills. Some people are inpatient refusing to allow the time needed to solve problems every problem isn't solved quickly but requires strategizing. The ones able to wait while the process to solve arrives are the ones "capable" of maintaining balance. Skills are needed wanted and desired so that further developments occur. The cometh will come and will enter where absolutely necessary. Solving really matters and there's so many problems in which need attention. "Timely." A very intriguing word.
