I've been busy between several overwhelming things

First of all, the renovations have continued on. But now, we're just about to the touch-ups and paying off the contractors. The hall bathroom is gorgeous, and all mine. All we have left is to have the tub repainted. The master bath is nearly finished, with the tiler coming today to fix the floor, which was thoroughly messed up. It's been nearly a year since we signed the contracts. Oy. Back in February, I broke a molar and spectactularly so. First, a temporary filling and trip to a specialist to get a root canal (oh frabulous joy!), and now a post installed and a fitting for a crown to occur soon. Vey iz mir! Positive things: I have discovered washi tape, and having great fun using it in my art journalling. Reading a lot. Watching a lot of Chinese movies -- Detective Dee and the Four Heavenly Kings, and the full edition of Empresses in the Palace on disc -- it seems that the version you see on American streaming has had more than fifty hours cut out of it. So it goes. At least it looks like spring may be here soon.
