Accidents Making Travel Time Longer

So I’m going to be leaving for work in the next few minutes and I’ve just heard on the news of an accident that blocking the road I need to use. I know people don’t have these accidents for fun, however it makes me think about all the bad drivers I’ve seen out there on my journeys and makes me wonder why do people take such risks. You would think life is too precious to make poor judgements. Not only that but people will run late for work which in turn could make them drive at a different pace trying to find other ways of getting to work quicker. Luckily for me there a few other roads I can use to get to work so my journey shouldn’t be affected too much, plus since I know about the accident I shall be leaving earlier than usual so I reach my workplace in time.

We moved away from cities just because we didn't enjoy dealing with the congestion. A traffic jam here? Three cars at an intersection. Love it. Retirement means no commuting to work!

Some people are very impatient and reckless and are responsible for this.

Accidents always leads to traffic blocks. Negligent driving is the main reason for accidents.

Best to allow plenty of time in such situations.

It happens maybe because some drivers are drunk or maybe they are rushing too but be safe.
