Strange Things Are Happening

Just the other day, I saw something very strange. I notice a rat hopping like a kangaroo.Then it fell face plant and then it got back up. It looked around for a couple seconds and continued hopping. I was laughing so hard that I forgot to record the video. It was way beyond crazy!!!! Have you seen anything crazy in your life that it was hard to explain to others?
