Do you wish you were younger? At least physically. Nothing can stop the aging process I guess you agree on that, don't you? We can still maintain our bodily function by living a much healthier life. What about you? Is it okay with you when someone talks about your age?

Not if that someone is someone close to me.
Indeed, we cannot stop the aging process. We may be younger looking than our age because of some beauty interventions, but we cannot stop our bodies from wrinkling all over and our movements , slowing down.

@yanzalong Yes, if you have the money for the interventions like facelifts , facials or even surgery in making you look younger.
In fact, here in the Philippines, the owner of a famous dermatology clinics that specializes in beautification procedures, is already 65 year old, yet she looks like she's just in her 40's.

I'm happy where I'm at in life, in every way-spiritually being the most important. =) Age is just a number. Only my Father in Heaven knows when our last day on Earth will come.

My mind is still in my 20s; but my body is decades older. Yes, I wish my physical body matched my mental state. I don't mind talking about my age. I don't think I look my age.

Mostly women are those concerned about ageing. They can have some surgical interventions, botox injections, fillers and so on to make themselves looking younger, but our body ages too and they can not prevent this. Our reactions become slower, our hearing and eyesight are also affected.I find it ridiculous when I see a women in her 60s trying to look like 30 years old.I respect women who take care of themselves, but I respect much more women who age with dignity.
