Life coach or fraud?

Stress is everyday issue for people. Battle with stress is most important thing in life. There are so many motivational speakers, bloggers, people who have experiences with this topic. But these days, I was wondering if this things are something like fraud, or this can help. Do we need to find our own thing, motivation or we have to listen other people and their recommendations. What is you experience with stress relief?

Lestening to other people recommendation is very good because you will learn a lot from them such as their opinions . likes . dislikes . their mistakes and how they solves their problems and then from their you can now find your own thing.

Sometimes under stress i dont think that proper so i just download some genune motivatational stuff and then i listen it again and again

I love to read motivational books and watch YouTube videos self-help topics. It helps a bit, if not much. Kind of a stress-reliever too, if you look at it that way.
