Weather warm here in Texas. Luv it.. Im bbq today. its carne asada a mexican thin cut beef.. Sure many have had this.. But I have a special way I cook. it comes out real juicy and tender... I marinate it in a can of beer and some jalapeno chilis. The trick is to cut the white skin from inside chilis and limit the amount of seeds. thats where the hot all comes from.. After soaking in beer 4-5 hours we place on bbq and yummy... Serve it with rice beans and tortillas and you have Mexicos number on meal. have a great Sunday everyone.
