I do all the time...seriously! Unless I'm wearing a dress or skirt or (not to be too graphic, but we're adults here, right) or it's a certain time of the month, I hate undies. Again, I apologise for giving too much info, but if you're a woman (or a man, for that matter) and you have high blood sugar like me, yeast infections are a common side effect high blood glucose levels...and no undies=fewer problems!
