So last Friday was my birthday and I tried Malaysian Chicken sizzler for the first time. It was good and the taste definitely got into my head. Though I am sure considering the restaurant was Indian, there is no chance that I have tasted raw malaysian food. Considering there are less spices used in malaysia, I am sure this one was adjusted for Indian spices etc. It's fun to try out something out of routine and I loved the taste of the sizzler. For some reason I can only have one sizzler and that's all done for my stomach. While other people can eat desert and other dishes over that. Nah my capacity is going down lately. Ever tried East Asian sizzlers?

Glad you liked it. Chicken sizzler or chicken hot plate in Malaysia mostly tasted like soy sauce and star anise.
