Im a coffeeholic. I constantly have a cup at my side. Its the only thing I drink other than kombucha but that's expensive so its manly coffee. I know it sounds mad but I don't like water. Fruit juices are too acidic and upset my stomach and I wont touch soft drinks like Coke. I have given it up a few times just to see how I was without it. I didn't get withdrawal symptoms as some people thought I would. I just missed it. It also doesn't keep me awake as I sleep the same with or without. I do wonder though , is it harmful to drink so much coffee.

Too much is bad. I used to be a coffee drinking before, especially at the office, around 3 to 4 cups a day. Now, I used to drink coffee once or twice a week.

The caffine doesn't seem to have any effect on me. I don't get the reported reactions like more energy or palpitations. I don't think im physically hooked on it as when I go off it for a while I don't feel any different physically. I just miss it beside me.

@teenal What kind of coffee do you drink. Maybe it is good in that it is low in caffeine.

@yoalldudes I drink the granulated stuff half the time and fresh ground or coffee pods from a machine the rest of the time. I tried the de caffeinated but didn't like it. There is a bitter aftertaste to it. I was told they add a lot of stuff to make up for removing caffeine so its probably bad health wise to use decaffeinated
