Do you like your own name or are you sorry your parents chose the name the did for you. Do you use your full name or shorten it to something you like more or have you changed it altogether because you didn't like it. My full name is Christina. Most people call me Chris and that's OK but I hate when they call me Chrissie (reminds me of my childhood neighbour and I didn't like her).I also don't like being called Christine. My name ends in A not E. I don't know why that annoys me but it does. Do people bug you shortening your name or getting it wrong or giving you a nickname..

My name is Mitchelle, and my nickname is Mitch. It sounds like a guy's name. I'd say I'm not a fan of my name but it's okay.

Actually, I don't really like my Chinese name, but changing is too trouble, so I still use it. My English name is named by myself, I don't know how to name it. At first I call myself Faynlain, but my English teacher told me that it is a bit strange and unusual, so I change it to Faye.
Emm...Can you please give me some advices?

i use my nickname a lot. people call me based on when they knew me. if elementary to highschool, they remember the real name. if college onwards, they know me by my nickname.
