Do you like your own name or are you sorry your parents chose the name the did for you. Do you use your full name or shorten it to something you like more or have you changed it altogether because you didn't like it. My full name is Christina. Most people call me Chris and that's OK but I hate when they call me Chrissie (reminds me of my childhood neighbour and I didn't like her).I also don't like being called Christine. My name ends in A not E. I don't know why that annoys me but it does. Do people bug you shortening your name or getting it wrong or giving you a nickname..

My name is Mitchelle, and my nickname is Mitch. It sounds like a guy's name. I'd say I'm not a fan of my name but it's okay.

Yeah, I can relate. I have two first names and I don't like the first one, I only use the second one which is Aubrey.

I don’t mind my name and I use a couple of nicknames just to save on syllables. I would be annoyed if someone called me a nickname that I don’t use though (like you with Chrissie)- that just seems rude to me!

Actually, I don't really like my Chinese name, but changing is too trouble, so I still use it. My English name is named by myself, I don't know how to name it. At first I call myself Faynlain, but my English teacher told me that it is a bit strange and unusual, so I change it to Faye. Emm...Can you please give me some advices?
