Is there a certain temperature at which it stops being qualified as cold? At what temperature does it qualify as hot?

I mean that... we say that the temperature is cold or hot for the day... sp is their some number below which the temperature is cold and above which it is hot.... ????? suppose if temperature is 2 degrees it will be cold.... etc

It is no longer cold when it is hot or when it is freezing.
