Bought myself a new laptop table / myLot

I bought myself a new laptop table from Amazon. Was wanting to buy this for a few months so that I can keep the laptop on the bed and work everyday. But the table they delivered is not at all what was shown in the picture. And there was a free mouse promised that was not given. Am not sure if I want to keep this table or I should return it. And have asked Amazon for the mouse that was promised. What do you do when you receive something different from what you ordered?

that's so disappointing. i don't order online, but i know that happens. i remember the first time i saw those tables. i thought they were for breakfast in bed.

They can be used for breakfast and meals in bed too. In fact I too sometimes use it to keep my food or coffee.

It did not pay itself. But it has helped to keep me busy during weekends when I am all alone at home. Love doing research on various subjects online and the laptop has helped me in that.

Well, sometimes these things do happen with Amazon. Sometimes I have got things exchanged and returned and got some refund some other times.

I never ordered from Amazon, only my brother often ordered them but the items received were in accordance with what was there.

I never used Amazon, I am using Flipkart for online shopping and I never face this type of problem. if it is not useful for you than return it.

That would annoy me big time. I would rather go and buy what I want and see exactly what I'm getting!! I wonder how many people have been turned off buying online because this has happened??

I have not got turned off because sometimes mistakes can happen. Since I work full time I dont always get a chance to go shopping. So when I see something online which I like I buy it.
