@celticeagle Yes, a small store doesn't have a chance with a Walmart around. Even some of the grocery chains have a difficult time.

I'm not surprised, Walmart probably got over zealous building all those neighborhood stores. I go to one occasionally but prefer the superstore that opened near here recently.

That could be @celticeagle but the superstore isn't easy to get to like those neighborhood stores are. The exit I need to use is almost always clogged with traffic.

I lost three Wal-Marts — a full store and two “Neighborhood Markets” — close to me in the last year. It’s almost like they’re trying to make me a Kroger customer, because I have three Kroger’s close to me.

We have a Walmart super center but I dont know of any The neighborhood markets around here. None to close.

@celticeagle Yes, it is. We have several Wal-Mart's in the area, it would be terrible if they closed. It's bad enough we have a major department store closing.
