I wrote an exam in January and I wasn't feeling well during that period . I couldn't really study as I would had I been well so I initially thought I would fail. The results came in last week and I was above average

Congratulations to you. I always believe that if I work smart, I will not fail even if I am sick during the exams.

So congratulations to you. Basically you are a good student. If you go through your studies properly throughout the year then little illness will not effect the result too much. Do good. I know you can.
