Who is the most evil man during the last century?

It is a difficult question! I agree with u that Adolf Hitler and S.Milosevic do stand out but what about the people with subtler shades of evil! I can think of the commie rulers of china,south American dictators like Pinochet, Gen Noriega and Musharraf who runs with the hare and hunts with the hounds What about the evil men and women of American State Dept, who regardless of their political colours invariably support ALL the tinhat regimes of this world!They have only one enemy! The ugly looking nonwhite and infuriatingly intelligent Indians!What about Pol pot? what about Senor Allende? how can we forget the genocidal Pakistani General Yahya Khan?What about the evil men of Pakistani spy agency who are waging war against the whole world not to mention India in particular and against hated Hindus! What about genocide of Kashmiri pandits in Kashmir by Muslim terrorists? The list of evil appears inexhaustible!I have no wish to mention OBL! How can any one forget the terrorists who killed innocent Russian school children because they ( the terror merchants) wanted to liberate chechnean Muslims!What about the Ayatullahs of Iran who wnt a nuke bomb no matter what the cost? I can underatand why they want it! It is only a nuke which will protect a country from unilateral american aggression like Iraquis found out!
