Hello everyone, what is your opinion about meme's? Personally I love them and I think they are very funny. I use to watch memes on Instagram and Facebook, but a heard about the "13 article" that Europe want to do. I is about a law which bans meme's for copyright. Do you like meme's? And what is your opinion about this law?

I think they are funny....but overused. When my Facebook feed is filled with memes shared by one or two people....I no longer enjoy them.
