What I needed to do to calm my mind,coz sometimes it's really hard for me to sleep at night even I'm not thinking anything.

To get to sleep I've tried staying motionless and breathing slowly. But if it doesn't work I need to get up and do something until I am really sleepy.

@mynameiskate I do this as well. Meditation or just get up and do something if I can't fall asleep within an hour or so. @Tonietta Journaling in a diary of something helps me as well. Sometimes I may be stressing about something if I can't sleep and writing helps me figure out why I'm stressing. Just writing down my thoughts even though there may not be a definite resolution helps gets those possible worries outta my head.

@TishaMears I've kept journals some on my computer, some I've hand written in. They are usually about some goal or ideas I have. I've never been able to write about stuff going on in my life that much. I've read how it helps people so I think they are good for doing what you said.

Welcome to mylot. I wish, I could help you with your sleep problem. But, for me, I have had problems sleeping all my life. Meditation may help or soft music.

@Tonietta That's what one of my friend does when he can't sleep at night.From his bedroom he comes out in the open and starts walking briskly.

@Shivram59 for atleast half hour I do fastwalk then do the stairs 1st floor to 5th up and down 5times,I feel a bit better,I still do sleep late but feel better when I wake up.

Get some sleeping pills if things got worst, but of course under strict doctor's prescription.

Yes I'm trying I won't go a day without reading the Words of God,thank you so much.
