A couple of days ago two boys were electrocuted and sadly killed trying to save a dog, they had grabbed onto a fence trying to stop from getting sucked into the canal , Solano County Irrigation district says that the fences were not supposed to be electrified but both boys were killed by electricoution. By all accounts these were good kids, who were sadly killed.
Many are left to wonder why signs weren’t out warning of the electrified fence, many not believing what the head of the Irrigation district!
I honestly can’t say whose to blame, all I know is two families are grieving and my heart goes out to them, and yes I believe signs should have been posted!

The person assigned to that place is surely in liable for what happened, and yes signs should be posted there, specially if it's running with electricity. That's a very irresponsible act. Ignorance is never an excuse nor innocence. Someone must be responsible to what happened. Poor souls, yet taken away by the ignorance of some

So sad I will put my prayers in for the families. Yes, there should have been a warning sign and someone should be responsible for their deaths. It will not bring them back but justice should be served.

It's a sad ending to a good deed. There should have been a sign.
