NEED HELP PLEASE

I've been wondering if anyone here have experienced the same as I do. I'm having some technical problems, I can't add pictures to my posts I don't know why. I keep on thinking if the problem is on my mobile phone or in the website. Have anyone here encounter the same situation? Can you at least help me, or suggest something? I badly need to know. Where can I get some help about this? I'll be glad to hear all your thoughts about this. Thanks in advance.

i've had that error a few times and it is just the size of the picture. Never go beyond 1 mb to be safe

the file size of your picture should be 3MB or less.
