In some traditin they do use chop sticks. Toothpicks?? I don't know about that.

yes, there are some countries which use chopsticks. but this is for the adults. the babies will have to be fed using feeding bottles and, when they are old enough to have solid foods, fork and spoon will have to be used.

No, there are baby utensils around here. We use baby spoons and forks also. it is impossible to use toothpicks when feeding babies. we also have feeding bottles and nursing cups for babies who can hold glasses already.
