One of my favorite mugs for coffee is my Eeyore mug. I have collected a lot of Eeyore things over the years and received many things as gifts.
I look forward to my first cup of coffee in the mornings, it gets my day started. For the past few years I have cut back to drinking only one cup a day. I used to drink several cups during the day. But too much caffeine is not good. So I cut back and I don't crave another cup all day.
Snapped a photo of this Eeyore mug for you to see. ©CarolDM2019
What about you? Do you drink coffee? Have you ever had to cut back on your caffeine?

I drink raspberry leaf tea and sometime turmeric tea or everyday detox type tea. I have now started drinking a apple cider vinegar and turmeric drink. I do not drink coffee for health reasons, though I absolutely love it.

@CarolDM I think I may have told you, I have a condition that causes me to have more estrogen. I really, really need to be more vigilant about my health. That's what I've started to do and why I drink the apple cider vinegar.

@CarolDM I can understand, it is good! Just can't find a low carb recipe to the coffee I like (mocha Frappuccino)

I drink decaf most of the time. Currently, I'm back up to one cup a day of regular coffee but I really need to wean myself off of the caffeine (again).

@SophiaMorros I used to as well and had to cut back. Did not realize how much I was drinking. Migraines were worsened for me as well.

@CarolDM I tend to use caffeine as a crutch when life is stressful. One cup leads to two and so on. I have to be very careful weaning myself off of the stuff since I'm very prone to migraines.

Never drink coffee unless I am real cold and no hot chocolate. But I did cut out soda pop .

I have two cups every morning. I don't need more, but I want my two cups. I did have a health issue that caused me to have to stop drinking coffee, not because of the caffeine, but because it is very acidic. Quitting was very difficult for me, and I am glad I am able to have my morning coffee now.

very cute mug :) I have cut back on my coffee, often drinking a smoothie or glass of water instead. so it's about every few days I'll have coffee or tea in the morning

That is such a cute mug. How many Eeyore items do you think you have?
