Pain in the muscles

I did over exert myself during the morning exercise. This is now causing me a lot pain in muscles. I really need to go to bed soon. I hope I'm better in the morning tomorrow.

Did you do some stretching and warm ups before the exercise?

It's normal. If you exert more than you should you will have pain.

This happened to me when I did yard work!! Had to take a break!! Now i can get back out but do a little at a time!!

Take a good rest. You can give some rest to your muscles for a couple of days. Go slow for few days.
