We should maintain a proper routine in our lives. And should strictly follow that without giving any excuses! Well its like if you wake up at 6.30 in the morning you should wake up everyday irrespective of the weather. Same rule follows for the fitness if you are going gym 5 day in a week maintain it even if your partner doesn't want to. Because your determination get defines by your routine!

Well taking a week or two off won't hurt . The idea is you should do few thing regularly and on time

@BootstrapWill oh i read it was 21 days. But anyway, whether it’s 21 or 100, the important thing is we develop a good hobby.

I am only strict for 3 times per week..
