I heard Warren Buffet has bequeathed Bill Gates Foundation with a sizeable amount of money which runs in millions of dollars. Likewise, Bill Gates himself has been jet setting around the globe to give out anti-polio vaccine to the poor in many countries in Africa. Both Buffet and Gates are successful entrepreneurs. Buffet made a name by investing in stock market, whose operation he knows perfectly, surprising many experts. Gates has shown not only his computer wizardry, but also his adeptness in marketing strategies, when he founded Microsoft. Forbes Magazine always has listed these two fellows to be in the top five of the world’s billionaires. Donating billions to different foundations in the poor countries in the world, Buffet shows he has change of heart. His generosity went viral for a certain period of time, and even increased the worth of his stocks. Everything Buffet touched turned, as it were, to gold. Not to be outdone is Bill Gates, his philanthropic activities have made him even more prominent and one of the most sought for speakers in any fundraising activities, which would likely earn millions. What we learn from Buffet and Gates is that amassing wealth alone does not make one happy. It is helping others that makes life meaningful and worth living.
