Yes they should.Or give to a family member who wants a child.

We don't know what the real happen about the news, or what the reason of the mother

That is probably more to it then she killed them because she didn’t want them. Lots of women want kids and then they have them but what people do not understand unless your a mom yourself and have gone through postpartum. It can crush a person, change them to someone they are not. Make them feel things they don’t want to feel and some times they don’t even register that what they are feeling is wrong because we are exhausted run down. Having children take a toll on us to the point we break and some times that break goes to hurting others or yourself, taking there lives because in that dark places you feel it’ll bring peace. So don’t judge unless you know the whole story as to why or what could have been that. Because as a mom I love my kids very much but I can’t do always control these thoughts that pop into my head to do hurt them. I know they are wrong so I do not act them I also understand that it goes with having postpartum and it can go on for years.

Its a crime. She has no right to kill her child. How could she do this? If she has any problem she can gave the child to the needed family.

We don't know the story behind the scene. I believe that the action of this mother is not justifiable.
