Do you like to iron?

I never had the patience to iron clothes. Some clothes need to be ironed. But I don't iron often. I have an iron at home. My mother uses it. I dislike ironing, even if it's a useful activity. I try to avoid clothes that need to be ironed. Do you like to iron? Do you iron often?

I find ironing relaxing and even iron our sheets and pillowcases. Most of our clothes go to the cleaners. I iron once a week.

I have never liked ironing. My mom ironed all the time when I was little but then came permanent press sheets and things and somehow ironing became something that you could do if necessary. Now I never iron any of my clothes.

@dya80dya I simply do not iron. I have a dress that looks a bit crumpled each time I take it out of the closet but I wear it anyway so people will think the rumpled look is the latest in fashion

Actually, most young people in my country don't have the habit of ironing clothes.

@dya80dya If you can shake your clothes a few times before drying them, they will almost certainly not wrinkle when they are dried.

This is a housework I don't like. I found it quite boring for me. This is why I don't want to buy any clothes which needs ironing.

It's one of the things that I am not good at. I used to iron my Monday Uniform but seeing my colleagues wear it unironed I went with the flow. So after rinsing I just hang them dry without wringing so there would be less creases.
