What do you do with a body massager?

I am planning to buy a body massager as I am having pain in my neck and shoulders. I thought I would buy one from an online site so searched the net for the same. But what I found was shocking, some of my searches took me to body massgers all right but some of them took me to items which if I explained here would be nothing short of xxx toys. Did you ever try any body massager online?
