Is it okay with you if your husband keeps his password and won't tell you what it is?
For me, No! It's suspicious. Why would a husband do that if he has nothing to hide? Some would say, "it's my phone and I just need some privacy. Even if we are married, I still need some privacy. I have nothing to hide, I just want to have some privacy".
What's your stand on this?

I have always taught people that your password should be kept secure from everyone, no matter how close they are, UNLESS you have good reason to tell them. The main good reasons are:
1) The person has to make changes to your machine
2) You want someone - trusted of course - to read your emails, &c. while you are away
3) You become too ill to use the account
4) You die
In the first and second cases, it's a good idea to change your password after the need has expired (sometimes I recommend changing it before and after).
It isn't a matter of 'privacy': it's a matter of security. Nor is it a matter of 'lack of trust': it's just a protocol which everyone should abide by and expect of others. I actually find it quite embarrassing when someone blithely tells me their password for something and I always instruct them to change it as soon as possible. It doesn't matter whether I am the IT guy who they can trust or what - passwords are as sacred as the name of God!
