This information is from my VA health
I wanted to share this with you.
Home again today and hopefully I can get out tomorrow.
The weather has not been all that great.the temp.only in the thirties.
The photo is us walking along the beach.
We kept Ms.Ruby in the car for she is always barking at other dogs.
Just to be safe.Isn't that a wonderful photo.

I am drinking my third glass at this time (noon). I make sure that most of my drinks are made up of water.

If I have a drink it's once a year, maybe. I have been know to make cough syrup and take a shot of vodka.

I haven't drinking for a long time now. And every time some one invites me to attend party and involve drinking i tend to avoid him.

i use to drink my share but in 1994 i decided to quit and i havn't had a drink since then,,i don't miss it at all

I don't think about half as often as I think about chocolate ;) I'm sitting here thinking about what I would like right now, and I guess the weather just isn't right...
