I'm tired all the time, I think I drink too much coffee!

Studies have been coming out that coffee can be actually WORSE for our health than we thought. I love coffee so much, and need it so much in the morning, but maybe I should stop so I don't feel so fatigued all the time? What do you all think?

No, you don't have to completely stop it. Just a moderate amount of coffee can do. Or if you want to, a cup of coffee in the morning and replace it to tea in the evening. But sometimes, I do drink water after having a coffee. You can also do the same.

@Pcaldwell Have a good coffee life. Coffee is life! But life is also like a coffee! Drink your own coffee and don't mind other's coffee.

I believe in moderation. I used to drink a lot of coffee. It never made me tired, just a nervous feeling. Maybe you need a vacation.

Our body has a way of warning us if something is not right, if you feel and suspect something makes you feel sick then by all means do something. It's a unique thing, what's good or bad for you might not always be true for the rest.
