This song is by the person with one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. She is Alison Krauss. She mostly sings bluegrass and country with her band Alison Krauss and Union Station.
She also toured and sang with Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin fame on "Raising Sand," a 2007 Grammy-award winning collaboration album.
This song is from the soundtrack to the 2000 film, "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" I think it best shows her beautiful voice.

Ooh, I love her version of "Down to the River to Pray." She does indeed have a terrific voice.
