Why do you change your work

There must have many reasons for why we change our work. Perhaps, the salary is not enough, you just want to change an environment around or a life style, the relationship with co-works are not good... For me, in present, the salay is the important reason that I consider to resigning, I think I couldn't afford my life anymore if I still have such a little money.

I've changed my work at different times for different reasons. Sometimes, it was because I needed to earn more. A lot of times were to fit around my family. Then there were times when I did not have a choice - e.g. redundancy.
I do get bored easily but I've done well to stick with my current job for 18 months so far! I have still been looking for other jobs because I'd like to earn a little more and my job doesn't offer a very good work/life balance.

@Faynlain If we change jobs too often, it can make us look like we're not able to commit. That will put off future employers.
