This plant that gives out white flowers, resemble Ixora but has different leaves. It also multiplies by giving out suckers which is unlike Ixora. Again, these flowers have a strong smell which Ixora do not have. The flowers droop and stay on the calyx dried up - not a pretty sight Does anyone here know the name of this flower?

The photo is out of focus, it's hard to see the shape of the small white flowers composing the head of the flowered plant. It loos like an ixora, may be a variety.
