Do you appreciate free things? / myLot

Some people say that people don't appreciate free things. But for me this is not true. I received gifts or free things and I take care of them. I appreciate anything that is useful for me. It doesn't matter if I paid for it or not. And the person who said that received a house from her parents. She received that house for free. Do you appreciate free things? Do you value them?

I won some gifts. And my brother worked in another country. He brought some gifts. Why didn't you receive anything for free?

@Moon24 It's true. Simple things make our life better. But people who work can't find time to enjoy simple things. And people with depression can't enjoy anything.

Some free things are very important to me. We have received some family treasures which we will always keep, but also have gotten items that make us wonder who we can share these with.

Some items aren't very useful. I also have old things. But I keep them as souvenirs.
