What is reason of creating bad manners

About four days ago some one abuse me and in response of that I quarrel with him And to day I excused him for my behaviour But I am repenting till now why it happens It is right or wrong?

You have apologised and now there should be an end to it. What good does it serve if you go on thinking about the incident forever? Just behave differently the next time.
